I’ve been a trial secretary for my USDAA group for 8+ years, and after some encouragement from other agility folks have decided to offer my services. Currently, I’m well versed in USDAA scorekeeping and am in the process of learning the AKC and CPE requirements. |

We currently have two basic offerings the “Trial in a Box” and Full service and we’re always happy to help new clubs just starting out.
“Trial in a box” is the most basic service, we prepare everything (including the premium if you wish) and send you everything (Paperwork, scribe sheets, etc) you need to put on the show, you provide your score table workers. In most cases, this costs a few dollars per dog, plus shipping and supply costs.
Our Full Service trial is our highest level of service, we prepare everything, come to your trial, provided everything that’s in the trial in a box versions, plus we provide the score table workers, ribbon labels. For the full service package the basic cost is the same as the trial in a box, however you will be responsible for a hotel room/travel expenses. (If we are planning to run a dog or two at your show we will give you a break on our fees in exchange for entry fees.)
If you’re interested in what it would actually cost for your club to hire us, email us with your club info, when you usually hold trials, about how many dogs you usually have, where you’re located (and where the trials are held_ and which of our services you’re interested in. If you’re a new club and don’t know all that information, make sure you let us know when you’re planning on having your trial, the area it will be in and we’ll go from there.
